William E. PerryWilliam E. Perry founded the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) in 1980 and was the Executive Director of the institute for 28 years.  Prior to QAI, William spent 15 years with the Eastman Kodak Company in various MIS management positions. He is the author of over 50 books dealing with quality assurance in the data processing field.  He is the primary author of the QA Practices Manual, QA Manager’s Handbook, and the Quality Assurance Skills Manual, and is the author of Auerbach Publishers’ Standard for Software Testing and Auditing Computer Applications.
