Job Title Business Manager – Inside Sales
Location Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities This person would be required to handle allocated region(s) in domestic market for selling QAI’s training and assessment and competency buildings programs.

 Job Duties:

  • Utilize multiple resources such as email, phone, social selling, and web tools to communicate and present company offerings to the prospective clients
  • Generate leads and sales through calling as well as emailing current and prospective customers
  • Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Research, build, and maintain CRM data
  • Be a part of a dynamic work environment while interacting with a wide array of individuals with varying experiences
Skills Required
  • 2- 6 years of experience in B2C sales
  • Prior Experience in Training Industry
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Adaptive to changing business needs
