Job Title Assistant Manager – Business Finance

Roles & Responsibilities The incumbent in this role shall be responsible for:

  1. Handling Financials and P&L for units independently
  • Supervising revenues, receivables, payables, funds management and accounting
  • Controls and checks on costs and tracking of projects
  • Preparing and checking periodic MIS and Reports
  • Ensuring timely and smooth audit and accounts finalization
  • Ensuring timely tax & legal compliances
  1. Periodic MIS and Audit Coordination
  • Preparing and releasing monthly and ad hoc Group MIS reports as per defined templates and timelines
  • Helping in statutory, tax & internal audit coordination of various entities for ensuring satisfactory closure of all issues to get audit reports in timely manner
  • Preparation and audit of Consolidated Financial Statements as per standards
  1. Working on Direct Tax, GST, RBI regulations and FEMA
  1. Handling and working with the business teams on the budgeting/costing process for contracts/ projects and tenders
  1. Reviewing and participating in discussions related to agreement with partners and customers
Skills & Experience Required
  • Qualified CA
  • Work experience in IT/ IT services / Consulting company preferred
  • Highly process oriented
  • Good spoken & written English
  • 2-3 years post-qualification work experience in similar role
